SUNSET TRIP TO KALONG ISLAND
12:00 PM – Departure from Labuan Bajo Harbor
Your sunset adventure begins at noon as we depart from Labuan Bajo on our comfortable boat. Enjoy the stunning coastal views as we head toward Rinca Island, a key destination in Komodo National Park.
01:30 PM – Rinca Island (Trekking with Komodo Dragons)
Arrive at Rinca Island, where you’ll embark on a guided trek with a park ranger to spot the world-famous Komodo dragons in their natural habitat. Rinca Island is known for its large population of dragons, as well as other wildlife such as water buffalo, wild horses, and various bird species. The trek offers incredible panoramic views of the island’s rugged landscape.
03:00 PM – Kelor Island (Snorkeling and Beach Time)
After the trek, we’ll make a stop at Kelor Island, a serene spot perfect for snorkeling or relaxing on the beach. The clear waters and healthy coral reefs provide excellent opportunities to spot colorful fish and other marine life, while the sandy shores are perfect for unwinding and taking in the natural beauty.
04:30 PM – Sunset at Kalong Island (Flying Foxes Viewing)
As the day winds down, we cruise to Kalong Island, known for its stunning sunset view and spectacular display of flying foxes. At dusk, you’ll witness thousands of these large bats emerge from the mangroves, filling the sky as they head out to feed. It’s a magical moment that adds to the unforgettable experience of the trip.
06:30 PM – Return to Labuan Bajo
With the sun setting and the flying foxes soaring overhead, we begin our journey back to Labuan Bajo. Enjoy the serene atmosphere as the boat cruises through the calm waters of Komodo National Park.
08:00 PM – Arrival at Labuan Bajo Harbor
Arrive back in Labuan Bajo in the evening, with memories of the Komodo dragons, breathtaking landscapes, and the unique sunset experience.
